Duty Preferences
All members must commit to a miminum of two flights sortie every 30 days. Active Duty pilots must commit to a minimum of at least four deployments (joint exercises) per calendar year. Reserve Duty pilots must commit to participate in two (2) joint operations per calendar year.

NOTICE REGARDING FORCE REBALANCING

Chief, Military Human Resources and Recruiting is required by operational policy to maintain balance throughoutthe force.
While you will be enrolled in the operational division of your choice, in the unlikely event of an unbalanced force, MHR/R reserves the right to assign you to a different operational division, subject to this policy.
Prior to commissioning, you will be notified if you are subject to a rebalancing order, and will be given the option to either (a) accept the rebalancing and be commissioned and or (b) complete Phase III pending a vacancy. Personnel subject to a rebalancing order will be waitlisted to train in their desired airframe as soon as a vacancy becomes available, in order of time on the waitlist, regardless of which option they choose.
Note: An airframe marked with an (P) is a airframe that has a payware-only version. All other airframes have a freeware version. If an aircraft is payware-only, you are responsible for legally obtaining a copy before enrolling in the program.
